			In cooperation with your senior executives and key managers, we
			will develop a detailed scope of services needed to meet the immediate
			needs and long-term goals of your business.  Our legal services are
			comprehensive and can cover a broad range of business matters, 
			such as: 
		
			Company formation, corporate governance and administration,  
			development of compliance programs (code of ethics, document
			retention, etc.)
 
			Business and corporate development initiatives related to strategic
			relationships, financing, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions

			Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements,
			responding to employer/employee issues or preparing employment
			agreements, protecting intellectual property rights, technology

			Managing outside legal resources as may be required for
